Days Out Around Jávea
Explore the Costa Blanca from your base at Villa Olivo
Jávea makes an ideal base for exploring northern Costa Blanca. Nearby towns such as Dénia, Moraira, Benidorm, Gandia, and Altea are all worth a visit — and the major Benidorm theme parks are only around 40 minutes by car.
Accessible Beaches
The Arenal
A fantastic, safe sandy beach away from the main road. The Arenal has soft sand, volleyball courts, a children's play area, and a long promenade with bars, restaurants, and shops.
Wheelchair access is available via a special beach wheelchair for entering the water. Disabled changing facilities are open seasonally. Taxis from the villa cost approximately €8.
La Granadella
A stunning 220-metre pebble cove set in a creek surrounded by pine trees, accessible only by car. Features disabled facilities, dedicated parking, Red Cross presence, and lifeguards in season.
The crystal-clear water makes it popular with snorkellers. A quieter and more sheltered alternative to the Arenal.
