A Modern, Accessible Villa

Villa Olivo is a modern detached villa in Pinosol, under 5 minutes' drive to the blue flag Arenal beach. The villa has 150m² of constructed area on a 750m² plot, with single-level living throughout — no steps anywhere.

The villa features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, and a sitting and dining room with fireplace. Outside, the 9m × 4m solar-heated pool is served by a hydraulic hoist, and the Mediterranean landscaped gardens extend over two fully accessible levels.

High ceilings and large windows flood the interior with natural light, and the secure electronic gate provides safe off-road parking.

"Finding an accessible family holiday home can be a tremendous struggle. We wanted to create a venue where families with a disabled family member can come and fully relax."

Lee and Clare designed and built Villa Olivo from the ground up with accessibility at the very heart of every decision — from the roll-in shower with folding seat to the adapted kitchen with fold-away table for wheelchair users. They first welcomed guests in May 2016.
